LISA HUANG-LIEW (IN MEMORIAL)
Former Co-Owner Operator
Lisa was the driving force to taking Andrew's random ideas and making them come to life, like the paddling pool! She ran Afterburn alongside Andrew and her main role was to ensure the facility was managed and run flawlessly. Lisa held a Bachelor and Master degree from the Schulich School of Business and leveraged her business background to maintain a positive experience for members, teams and guests. From 9 to 5, Lisa worked as an analytics professional at a global loyalty management firm. Her training was focused on maximizing results and intensity in short workouts to build mental discipline.
Lisa passed away in November of 2017 after a 2 year battle with lung cancer. She continues to live on in our facility and the memories of everyone she graced at the facility.
