Apex Paddle Erg Cup
APEX 2027 DATE TBA
The Apex Paddle Erg Cup, brings together athletes from all over the GTHA, and out of province visitors from Montreal to Boston. This competition features the paddle ergometer (aka p'erg), a machine that high level paddlers use for off-season training. Athletes compete both individually and in teams, coming together to celebrate the final few weeks of indoor training before heading onto the lake.
Composed of both individual and team competitions Apex has established itself as a high caliber event, giving paddlers a taste of the water season ahead.
