PADDLE CLINICS
Our clinics embody Afterburn’s values of purpose, sustainability and togetherness. We ensure that our instructional techniques and paddling methods are leading edge and purposeful, designed to keep you paddling for life and connect you with other like minded paddlers to have even more fun.
All our coaches are experienced athletes with relevant certifications for paddling instruction and/or strength and conditioning training. Our coaches’ expertise and experience combined with our unique dragon boat paddling pool make our clinics an essential tool whether getting into the sport, elevating your performance or making new friends.
No prior experience with dragon boat is required, no need to already belong to an existing team. Come as you are, ready to learn, and we'll take care of the rest!

Wednesdays, 7-9PM @ Afterburn Fitness

Format

7:00 PM Pool, 8:00 PM Gym

1 hour of hands-on, pool paddling combined with explanations of techniques, tips and tricks from our paddling coaches

1 hour strength and conditioning training in a fully equipped fitness facility
Cost
Standard 10-week Course: $238 + HST, $218 if you bring a friend
7-week Course: $166.60 +HST
Capacity
Capped at 22 paddlers. Sign-up ahead of time is required.
