Akiel's Emergence Strength Camp
Akiel runs a strength and conditioning class at Afterburn Fitness every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. Drop-ins are welcomed if spots are open as there is a limit of 20-24 people per class and it is first come, first serve.
4 week blocks - each block will focus either on strength, hypertrophy, power and conditioning with some type of intensifier (drop-sets, supersets, rest pause, etc.)

Intro to Powerlifting Session w/ Kyle
Are you curious about powerlifting and want to learn the basics? This is your chance to get a FREE 1:1 introduction to powerlifting, guided by our expert coach, Kyle. Whether you're new to lifting or looking to refine your technique, Kyle will walk you through everything you need to know to safely and effectively perform the three main powerlifting lifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift.
