Not So Florida Paddle Camp 2025
If you've run out of vacation days to paddle in the Florida sun, worry not! We've got you covered!

Sign-up for our comprehensive (Not So Florida) Paddle Camp this spring, complete with 2 hours of paddle pool and 1 hour of detailed video review with coach Terence Yu. This camp will provide paddlers the luxury of sharpening up their technical skills before diving into the water season, right in the comfort of the GTA.

To register, please send an email to us at dragonboat@afterburnfitness.ca with your contact information, and we will provide an invoice within 24 hours. Payment can be done online via email transfer or by cash in person.
Paddlers are eligible for refunds if requested at least two weeks before the session start date. No refunds will be issued within one week of start date.

Not So Florida Paddle Camp Schedule
This one-day paddle camp with be held on May 4th from 1-4PM at Afterburn Fitness Inc. Please see below for the camp schedule:
PADDLE POOL - TECHNIQUE
1-2PM
During the first hour, we will go over the fundamentals of paddling, engaging in long steady state pieces to capture videos to evaluate in the second hour.
VIDEO REVIEW
2-3PM
Sit down, relax, and watch yourself on the big screen! This video review session will allow paddlers to visualize what they are doing well, in addition to what can be improved.
PADDLE POOL - APPLICATION
3-4PM
Paddlers will head back into the paddle pool with video review fresh in their minds- use this opportunity to directly apply constructive feedback and see changes in your stroke!
